This site is managed by the 'Friends of Ramsey Mortuary Chapels' also known as the 'Friends', we are a small committed group of local residents who intend to sympathetically restore this beautiful Grade II listed building.
We have already opened one chapel as a much visited Heritage and Archive Centre for Ramsey.
THE GROUNDS REMAIN OPEN, ALTHOUGH THE CHAPELS ARE CLOSED AT PRESENT DUE TO ONGOING RESTORATION WORK.
The 'Friends' raise funds in several different ways, including second-hand book sales, collection boxes in local shops as well as donations from our supporters.
We also have a stall to raise funds for the restoration of the chapel at Home and Vintage (25 Bury Road, Bury (Nr Ramsey), PE26 1NE (next to the petrol station, free parking) where we sell a variety of bric-a-brac and collectables.
The 'Friends' are no longer able to accept donations for resale of CD’s, DVD’s or Videos, but any other bric-a-brac, collectibles are most welcome.
If you have anything you wish to donate,
please label them clearly for the ‘Ramsey Mortuary Chapels’,
then you can take your donation into Home and Vintage
or Contact Us to arrang collection.
Thank you for your support.
