Florence Rose Saunders

Florence Rose Saunders was born in 1910. She lived in a terraced house, along with several brothers and sisters, in Ermine Street, Huntingdon.

She married Ralph Shepperson Greenwood who also had several brothers and sisters. 

Florence and Ralph lived in the Avenue, Ramsey and then moved to Windy Ridge, Shillow Hill, which had one or two acres of ground.

They had five daughters and two sons and Florence had a full time job caring for her children. Ralph worked as a mechanic for his brother Ted at Greenwoods. After all the children married, Florence and Ralph moved to 2 The Terrace, Bury and then to Hemmingford for a while. 

After Ralph died, Florence went back to Bury to live at 10 The Terrace.

Both Florence and Ralph are buried in the cemetery in Wood Lane. Ralph was 59 and Florence 60.
