Kezia Rose

Kezia Rose, died 1893, wife of Samuel. Also, Kate Ellen and Arthur Bevys, children of the above who died in infancy.

In the 1891 Census it shows that Kezia (born Ramsey) was living with her husband and children at Post Street, Godmanchester. Her husband, Samuel, was a horse dealer/farmer who was born in Ramsey. The children are as follows: Charles (22), Kate Ellen (21), Gertrude Alice (19), Florence May (17), Samuel Ernest, Ethel Blanche, John William and Albert James.

In affectionate remembrance of Kezia the wife of Samuel                                                                                                          Rose who died at Rugby May 7th 1893 aged 47 years. Thy                                                                                                          will be done.
